Eric Tashlein, CFP®
Eric is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and founding principal of Connecticut Capital Management Group. He enjoys helping high-achieving individuals manage, organize, and simplify their financial affairs. Eric was an early adopter of the client based fiduciary model which allows him to find financial solutions that are right for his clients unique circumstances. “Nothing brings me greater satisfaction than helping clients hit retirement goals, send loved ones to college, make a difference in society, and positively impact future generations through financial planning. I am a firm believer that we all need coaching and I am honored to act in that capacity as an advisor and planner to many great individuals”.
Eric is the author of the book “Smart Moves for Managing Your Money” and is the financial columnist for the New Haven Register, a daily newspaper in Connecticut. He also is a contributing author of “Giving”, a book on financial planning. He has been quoted in Money Magazine, Financial Advisor, and USA Today. In addition, he discussed “How To Find a Financial Planner” in a guest appearance on News Channel 12’s On the Money TV series.
Eric and his family are lifelong area residents. Eric is active in many different charities and organizations. He is a recent past President of Milford Rotary. Eric is a Past President of the Financial Planning Association of CT New Haven Chapter. In addition, he sits on the Board of Corporators for Milford Hospital and The Milford Bank. He is a member of the Milford and Orange Chambers of Commerce and has been a long time member of the New Haven Manufacturers Association. He was recently named a 2017 Five Star Wealth Manager* as stated in the December 2017 issue of Connecticut Magazine. Eric has won this award four times.

Brian Parke, CFP®
Brian joined Connecticut Capital Management Group in 2007. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional who enjoys tackling complex financial issues and helping people make the most of their financial potential.
Brian writes financial plans for corporate executives, young professionals, business owners, retirees, widows and high-net-worth individuals who need expert help in organizing their financial life. He is known for paying attention to detail, clearly explaining financial concepts, and bringing together various disciplines from estate planning to tax planning into a cohesive plan.
Brian is a Registered Representative, an Investment Advisor Representative and a licensed insurance agent. He is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics.

As the Director of Client Relations and Office Manager, Karen is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, managing special projects and maintaining accounts receivable and payables.
Karen is a licensed Health and Life Insurance Representative with more than 15 years of professional experience in financial services.
Karen has been involved in volunteer efforts with her local Girl Scouts troop and PTA. She and her husband have two children.

Business Analyst, MBA
Jill supports our team with financial reporting, organizing financial data and ensuring office efficiency. She assists with implementing financial plans and manages all marketing efforts including client events and online services.
Jill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and an MBA from the University of New Haven. Prior to joining the team in 2010 she worked at Sikorsky Aircraft as a financial analyst for 10 years.
In addition to raising a family with four children, Jill is a PTA member who served on the PTA board for four years as treasurer. She previously volunteered as a member of the Junior Woman’s Club of Milford, including four years a treasurer, where she participated in many fundraisers and events. She organized the city of Milford’s spelling bee for 10 years and led “story hour” at the city library.
